Opening hours

The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM by phone or in person. We are also open for students on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. For all general inquiries (e.g., transcripts, room bookings, guest management), please use the following email address:
