Mailing lists

By signing up for the mailing lists of the Centre for East Asian Studies (ZO), students, staff, and anyone else interested can stay up to date regarding the latest events, news, and information at all times.

Registration & Use

The mailing lists are easy to access: you can subscribe, unsubscribe, and manage your settings directly via the sign-up page.

  • Posting: Only possible if the sender's address matches the registered address.
  • Archive: All emails are automatically saved and can be searched within Listserv.

Please note: These lists are intended solely for information and communication purposes within the institutes. No advertising is permitted!

Registration is only possible with a valid @uni-heidelberg.de e-mail address. Each internal list automatically includes the content of the corresponding open list.

Frequently Asked Questions and Issues

❓ I receive e-mails, but I cannot send any.
You must register with the correct e-mail address and send the e-mail from that specific account.

❓ How do I find out which e-mail address I’m registered with?
You can view and change your information and settings via the Subscriber’s Corner on Listserv.

❓ Why have I been removed from a list?
After 10 failed delivery attempts (e.g. due to a full inbox or an address which is no longer valid), the system automatically removes you. Solution: Free up storage space or set up forwarding.

❓ My e-mail address has changed.
You can update your address directly via the Subscription Corner on Listserv.
