- your name (as stated in your student file)
- your matriculation number
- your combination of subjects (75 %, 50 % etc.)
- if applicable, any further information about third attempts or changes in your degree program (e.g. change of major)
- your request or question (Transcript of Records, problems with exam registration, room reservation, question regarding the course catalog etc.)
